Terms and conditions

Before you sign up and download or use AppsNectar’s downloadable product(s) for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using AppsNectar and/or other products, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.

We reserve the right to change and modify terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Product Delivery

All our free downloadable products are available for direct download after login. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded upon purchase. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use Stripe (which supports MasterCard, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards). You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.

Your purchase information will be emailed to the email address. You need to open an account with our site to download any of our products (free or paid). There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hour and up to 24 hours depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

Product Compatibility/Updates

Our mobile apps are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of iOS and runs on iPads, iPods or iPhones.

We are not offering support for iPhone 1 to 5 and iOS 1 to 8 for any of our products at this moment.

Product updates are available to our paid users up to a certain period of time mentioned in the product description. But you can still use installed products (mobile apps) even when your support validity expires.

Modifications

You are allowed to modify any of our products according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check documentation page and consult is via email if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.

For modifications, we always recommend using and check documentation.

Modifications made directly inside the item will void the support license. AppsNectar team will not be bound to offer support for customized installations.

Unauthorized/Illegal Uses

We reserve the right of blocking your user account immediately if we believe that you are trying to abuse the license term or our business in any way.

If you create an account on the AppsNectar website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify AppsNectar of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Product Licensing and Usage

All of our items are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) V2 or later. Also our items (products) are developed using the Apple’s Xcode macOS app.

Support Policy

Our Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us and how we provide support. After you have downloaded a AppsNectar product, you are eligible to ask support for issues you might face with our product(s). Once a clear and understandable support query is placed, we try to provide a solution via email.

Here we are sharing the detailed policies we maintain for support.

1. Support Language

Currently, we are providing support in the English language only. We expect our valued customers to place a support request in clear and decent English language so that we don’t have to guess what you are expecting from us. Please be as clear as possible.

2. Support Priority

Our customers with valid paid product subscriptions will always have priority over our free product users.

If you have purchased a product from AppsNectar and have a valid subscription, you are eligible to get priority support from us. We will continue supporting you as long as you have a valid subscription.

3. Support Channels

AppsNectar provides support via email only. Although we like to socially interact with our users, we do not usually provide any support via any other communication channels, especially not via PM, Facebook, or Twitter.

Many support queries and technical questions are already answered in the documentation, how-to guides, and FAQs. So, before sending a support query, please make sure you have read our documentation for the particular product you are using.

4. Supported Swift Versions

Swift 5 or later.

5. What Our Support Covers

  • Any Swift/Objective C compatibility error arising from a fresh product install
  • Help with the functionality of our products, which is not specified in our documentation
  • Issues with AppsNectar item installation
  • Issues relating to broken AppsNectar product functionality

6. What is NOT Covered by AppsNectar Support

  1. Software damage caused by hacker(s) attacks
  2. Issues caused by older versions of Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, or so on
  3. Products purchased from anyone other than AppsNectar
  4. Compatibility problems with 3rd party products
  5. Any errors relating to the product’s code customization (Swift and/or Objective-C)
  6. We do not support any version of Objective-C

7. Definition of Modification Support

We understand that there is a fine line between what is considered support and what is considered modifications. If your request for small modification or customization help only causes us to publish just a couple of lines of Swift code, we may assist you. Due to the current load on our support team, we can allocate up to 30 minutes of UI customization free of cost each year.

If your support query requires additional modification of the product then you have two options:

  • You may wait for further development of the product.
  • You may consider hiring a developer. You can also post on our Facebook groups and contact the recommended companies or developers.

Anti-fraud

Free downloads are available after signing in. However, all of our customer purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review of payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchases. Customer account can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for 24 hours, also it can be suspended for a longer term for more investigations.

Price Changes

AppsNectar reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any product (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Refunds

We have a customer friendly 30-day refund policy. But you can not ask for a refund claiming a feature that your purchased item does not include.

All of our items have free version available Apple Store. Please try them before you decide to buy. You can also discuss with the support team for features you need for your platform.

Warranty

AppsNectar products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of the AppsNectar products are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and option configuration of the product in the latest stable App Store version which source code was dedicated to. AppsNectar cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party dependencies – as there are simply too many dependencies to support.

In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided products. These require you own or purchase from their respective owners. The images/videos we show in the demo versions of our products are totally for demonstration purpose, you are not allowed to use them in production sites.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.

Lifetime License

The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Product. It does not mean the buyer’s lifetime or any other assumption of the term. The product lifetime is not defined at the time of purchase. AppsNectar reserves the right to announce the end of Lifetime of a product any time within 30 and 90 days prior notice to the Customer.

Communications

By default, we take all of our customers into our newsletter list as we inform them about new updates and helpful content through emails. Anyone who does not wish to receive such updates can unsubscribe from newsletters anytime.
